We arrive at the Cosmo Las Vegas- completely shattered form our Virgin Atlantic flight from London. A nice cold cocktail and a chill out in the lobby helps ease the jet lag on arrival. Unbelievable chic interior design by Penelope Fischer-White. The hotel lobby has interactive screens giving the one-of-a-kind look. The images change from psychedelic sea urchins to blooming rose bushes. Designs are to die for. Sitting in the air-conditioned lobby with a Bloody Mary in hand watching the interactive screens. Total bliss.
Next day rise early before heading to Calvin Harris pool party. Must mention our champagne and steak breakfast beforehand- taking the Atkins to a whole new level! After our protein rich brekkie we headed onto the pool party. Lots of poolside fashion and funky music.
Another epic part of the trip was the Las Vegas’ Neon Museum …got there eventually this year! The signs are amazing…
The typographic history, chipped paint and textures, selection of vivid colors—these signs could inspire a whole collection of accessories! Some of the bold graphic colour combinations reminded me of my own work!
